Poker with Community Cards
Three pots made with the best 5 card poker hand.
Number of Players: 2-7
Wild Cards: No
The object is to make the best possible five-card hand using a combination of hole cards and five community cards. Players remaining in the hand will make 3 hands after the river and the pot is split into three equal payouts.
Players are dealt six hole cards and will make a five-card hand using any combination of the cards from their hand and from the community cards.
Each player is dealt six cards face down, starting with the player to the left of the dealer.
There is a round of betting where each player can fold, call, or raise. Betting starts left of the dealer or left of the big blind.
Community cards are dealt as a three card street (flop), a one card street (turn) and a one card street (river) with betting rounds following each street. A "burn" card is dealt before each street.
Determining the Winner
After the final round of betting (after the river), all remaining players will, in rotation, make 3 hands face down. The first player to place a hand is determined by the value of the first community card "left of the dealer". Face cards count as 1. After the first player places his hand, placement continues in rotation around the table. The value of the second community card will determine which player to the left of the first placer that will place the second and third hands.
A player may place any number of their cards in each hand. The best poker hand is made using any number of player cards and community cards. If a player runs out of cards before placing the third hand, then they will just play for the first 2 pots.
Aces can play high or low.
The game is played as a pot limit game. The game can be played with blinds as a "round".
